How it Works:
Utilizing you tag or creating a “Needs to Schedule” tag in Service Titan this action card will send a list daily of all the jobs that are on hold waiting to be scheduled to the dispatch/csr team by sending them a link to the job.
Why it Works:
The on hold list can get pretty long at times. Jobs go on hold for many reasons, the client is waiting, waiting on parts to arrive, or any other reason you can think of. By using this action card you do not have to sift and filter on a daily basis. Managment can easily view the action card and oversee that the clients are being contacted to schedule as the CSRs mark each one “Got It” rather than clicking into each job to read the notes.
