Credit Card Security Information

MyHVACTools does not store any of their customers’s clients’s credit card information. ServiceTitan does not divulge that data at all so storing such data is not possible.

As far as billing information for the services provided by MyHVACTools, such information is stored and tokenized by our merchant service, Stripe. Their Privacy Policy can be found here.

Data related to services provided

No data is saved by MyHVACTools unless specifically specified by the seller on purchase. Some data might be saved into a database such as, but not limited to, promotion texts (For the promotions bot) and incoming/outgoing text message texts, phone numbers and names (For the two-way texting function).
